Abdominal venography is done per injection of contrast med i um in v. femoralis by means of pressure on upper abdomen and both thighs. We have examined its normal pictures, especially its v. s. v. including plexus sacralis ventralis, v. sacralis media and both v. sacralis lateralis. And we have practiced, putting main studies on the bladder circumferential diseases, delineation of the pictures on the patients suffering from bladder tumor, renal and vesical tuberculosis, tumor of retro-peritoneum and prostatic tumor. By these pictures, it seems that the shadow to be delineated is prevented in accordance with development of the bladder circumferential diseases. Besides, this met h od is simple and easy with little pain on the part of patients, therefore we suggest that it is recommendable to try once on the patients who are suffering from the bladder tumor. |
