A Process in which Nurses with less than 3 years after Graduation Continue Working in the Operating Room nurses

Popis: 目的:卒後3年以下の看護師の手術室勤務に対する思いと、手術室勤務を継続する過程を明らかにする。方法:卒後3年以下の看護師7名を対象に半構造化面接を実施し、配属当初から現在に至るまでの手術室勤務に対する思いに着目し、手術室勤務を継続する過程を質的帰納的に分析した。結果:手術室勤務に対する思いは、【手術室配属当初の戸惑いや不安と期待】【看護だと思えない】【業務が出来ない不安と辛さ】【チーム力と、尊敬し信頼できる先輩の存在が支え】【手術室の看護師としての目標と勤務継続の意思】の5カテゴリーで、手術室勤務を継続する過程は、手術室配属当初、『壁』、『壁』を乗り越える時期、勤務継続している現在の4つの時期に分けられた。考察:手術室勤務を継続していく過程において重要なことは、職場の良好な人間関係,良かった点や成長した点をフィードバックすることであると示唆された。
Objective: To clarify the thoughts of nurses within 3 years after graduation regarding working in the operating room and the process of continuing to work there. Method: Semi-structured interviews were conducted for 7 nurses within 3 years after graduation, considering feelings about working in the operating room from the beginning to the present,-and, qualitatively the process of continuing to work there. These were inductively analyzed. Result: My thoughts about working in the operating room were [confused and anxious when I was assigned to the operating room, and expectations], [I don't think it was nursing], [anxiety and pain that I couldn't do my job] and [Team power and the presence of a respected and reliable senior. within the 5 categories of [Goals as operating room nurses and intention to continue working], the process of continuing to work in the operating room was as follows. It was divided into four current periods. Discussion: It was suggested the important element in the process of continuing to work in the operating room is to feedback, positive relationships with others good human relationships, good points and good points in the workplace.
