CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL Y ESTRÉS LABORAL EN TRABAJADORES DEL DISTRITO DE EDUCACIÓN, MANTA, MONTECRISTI, JARAMIJÓ

Popis: | In the labor context, the organizational climate and work stress play a preponderant role for the correct development of companies, therefore, it must be taken into account that it is a highly relevant issue for both public and private entities, being the Ministry of Education and their districts, major players as they perform vital functions in the academic formation of youth and children. However, behind the functions of vital importance carried out by the districts we have the human talent team, work collaborators, who are performing various functions through each position in the organization. The human talent department fulfills several functions in the entities, among these is the measurement of the organizational climate, therefore, it is also responsible for taking corrective measures to apply for the reduction of work stress. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to evaluate the organizational climate and work stress in the workers of the education district, Manta, Montecristi, Jaramijó, province of Manabí in the year 2020. For this, a quantitative methodology was used, with a non-experimental, descriptive, documentary and field approach. Among the main results, it is highlighted that the deletions of items, as well as technological advances, have caused a tense work environment in the administrative and educational staff that translates into work stress that on certain occasions is reducing the achievement of institutional objectives. En el contexto laboral el clima organizacional y estrés laboral juega un papel preponderante para el correcto desarrollo de las empresas, por ende, se debe tomar en cuenta que es un tema de mucha relevancia para las entidades tanto públicas como privadas, siendo el ministerio de educación y sus distritos, partes principales ya que cumplen funciones vitales en la formación académica de jóvenes y niños. Sin embargo, atrás de las funciones de vital importancia que llevan a cabo los distritos tenemos al equipo de talento humano, colaboradores de trabajo, que se encuentran desempeñando diversas funciones a través de cada puesto en la organización. El departamento de talento humano cumple varias funciones en las entidades, entre estas se encuentra la medición del clima organizacional, por lo tanto, también le corresponde tomar medidas correctivas a aplicar para la reducción del estrés laboral. Por consiguiente, la presente investigación tuvo como finalidad evaluar el clima organizacional y el estrés laboral en los trabajadores del distrito de educación, Manta, Montecristi, Jaramijó, provincia de Manabí en el año 2020. Para ello, se empleó una metodología cuantitativa, con un enfoque no experimental, de tipo descriptiva, documental y de campo. Entre los principales resultados se destaca que las supresiones de partidas, así como los avances tecnológicos han provocado en el personal administrativo y educativo un ambiente de trabajo tenso, que se traduce en un estrés laboral que en ciertas ocasiones está mermando el logro de los objetivos institucionales.
