Popis: | Internal control is a fundamental part of any institution, because it promotes and optimizes the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution's resources and assets, in order to ensure the reliability and integrity of the information held by said organization. On the other hand, Human Talent Management helps to create a balance between the individual objectives of the employees and those of the organization, as well as being an essential part of guaranteeing the maximum development of human resources. For this reason, the main objective of this research project is to determine the Internal Control and its impact on the Management of Human Talent in the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Paján canton, for which a descriptive, field and bibliographical, using the methods: inductive and deductive, the applied techniques were the interviews directed to the Director of Human Talent of the municipal GAD of the Paján canton and the surveys were directed to the other officials, where true information was collected that served for the respective tabulations in order to determine the results obtained through the statistical graphs, taking into account that the population were the officials of the municipal GAD and in this way it was possible to determine how internal control affects the management of human talent and in turn it was possible identify compliance with internal control standards and regulations for to thus identify the efficiency of financial information and the implementation of policies. El control interno es parte fundamental en toda institución, debido a que promueve y optimiza la eficiencia y la eficacia de los recursos y bienes de la institución, para así asegurar la confiablidad e integridad de la información que posee dicha organización. Por otro lado la Gestión de Talento Humano ayuda a crear un equilibrio entre los objetivos individuales de los empleados y los de la organización, así como también es parte esencial para garantizar el máximo desarrollo de los recursos humanos. Por esta razón, el principal objetivo del presente proyecto de investigación es determinar el Control Interno y su incidencia en la Gestión del Talento Humano en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Paján, por lo cual se emplea una metodología de tipo descriptiva, de campo y bibliográfica, usando los métodos: inductivo y deductivo, las técnicas aplicadas fueron las entrevistas dirigida a la Directora de Talento Humano del GAD municipal del cantón Paján y las encuestas estuvieron dirigidas a los demás funcionarios, en donde se recopiló información verídica que sirvió para las respectivas tabulaciones para de esta forma determinar mediante los gráficos estadísticos los resultados obtenidos, tomando en cuenta que la población fueron los funcionarios del GAD municipal y de esta forma se pudo determinar cómo incide el control interno dentro de la gestión de talento humano y a su vez se pudo identificar el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos del control interno para así identificar la eficiencia de la información financiera y la implementación de políticas.
