E-learning has become a powerful instructional tool for all educational institutions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to see if there are any discrepancies between responses of educators and students in terms of e-learning by using the Pearson Chi-square test and Cramer’s V value analysis. It covers issues like institutes’ contribution, system and information quality, user satisfaction, system use, and the work environment through Google forms, empirical data contributed by 319 e-learning users (Educators-131, Students-188) from various Indian institutions. We found that the students and educators are willing to join offline classes/works in combination with online classes. |
