Popis: Разработан и описан процесс адаптации организации к изменениям, как «открытая» система, выявлены и охарактеризованы его основные параметры, структура и связи.

Developed the process of adapting to changes in the organization as an «open» system.Determined that the external parameters «input» are the external and internal environment and changes in it; «output» — a product of the project or program and undesirable effects.By comparing the identified parameters to adapt the organization to change from «black box» is determined that the internal parameters that make up the technology to adapt the organization to the environment are: phase of organization development, strategy, innovation, implementation of projects, programs and portfolios.On the basis of the «law of system completeness» clearly defined structure of the adaptation process and communication in this system. Determined that the source of energy corresponds to the external and internal environment; product — a product of the project or program; engine — phase of development of the organization; transmission — strategy of the organization; working body — the implementation of projects, programs and portfolios; management body — to innovate.Necessary condition of basic viability of the system to adapt to changes in the organization is the availability and performance of the minimum basic parts of the system. The study showed the presence of the proposed adaptation process required four parts of the system and to ensure their functionality.To ensure the minimum working process of adaptation, all these parameters must be agreed in the process of adaptation, that is to be complementary (complementary) and be a «unity» of the requested needs, regulated values and implemented results.
