THE LEVEL OF JOB FATIGUE AFFECTS THE JOB SATISFACTION OF NURSES

Popis: Background : Fatigue is an important predictor of increasing job satisfaction. Nursing job satisfaction in general has a direct relationship to the quality of nursing services. Nurses who have high job satisfaction will produce good and optimal work. From several survey result revealed that nurses experience fatigue at work and affect the satisfaction felt by nursesPurpose: To know if the level of fatigue can affect the job satisfaction of nurses obtained through several research sources that have been done previouslyMethod: The article uses the Riview literature design which is to search for related articles that have the same research theme, then analyzed, synthesized and summarized into a solid unit. Search for articles through Google Schoolar, Pubmed, Direct open access journal, and wileys online libraryResults: Riview Literature results from 7 articles show that there are 5 significant articles between fatigue and job satisfaction. There are 2 insignificant articles between fatigue and satisfaction, but there are other factors that influence itConclusion: The level of work fatigue can affect job satisfaction of nurses. High perceived fatigue affects low job satisfaction, the opposite low work fatigue affects high job satisfactionNursing implications: It is expected that the hospital, especially nursing management, will play a role in making workplace policies that will increase the job satisfaction of nureses in order to create a good working relationship
