Popis: | В статье приведена оценка современного состояния производства и важности создания новых сортов овса, адаптированных к различным климатическим зонам страны. Oats are the most important food and grain feed crop in Russia. At present, with the development of animal husbandry and the food industry, the demand for oat grain has increased, which can be used both for feed and food purposes. Its grain contains from 10 to 17% protein, starch - 36.1% fat - 4.7%, ash - 3.2, sugar - 2.35, vitamins B1, B2. Oat grain is highly nutritious: 1 kilogram of oat grain corresponds to one feed unit containing 85-92 grams of digestible protein. Oatmeal is well absorbed by the body of animals, therefore it is used for fattening young animals. Recently, oats have become increasingly important as a food crop and are used to obtain food for healthy, dietary and sports nutrition. In the second half of the 20th century, there was a decrease in acreage, which led to a significant drop in oat production. |
