A circuit assembly for protecting against electrostatic discharges comprises a shunting device (ECL), which is suitable for shunting an electrostatic discharge between a first connection contact (IO) and a second connection contact (VDD, VSS), and a compensation device (1). The compensation device (1) has a series connection of a first resistor (RS) and a field-effect transistor (T1), which series connection is connected between the first connection contact (IO) and the second connection contact (VDD, VSS). A connection node (K1) between the first resistor (RS) and the field-effect transistor (T1) is connected to the gate connection (G1) of the field-effect transistor (T1) by means of an RC series connection (RF, CF) acting as a low-pass filter. |
