Popis: This article deals with teaching ELT using YouTube in Microsoft office 365 for innovation ELT is to survive facing Covid-19 because teaching ELT using YouTube inMicrosoft office 365 avoids the Covid-19 spread in Indonesia by doing virtual teaching. The students still study English at home virtually by giving the teacher a link on her YouTube channel. To access the teacher link, students have a virtual account that is given by their school, in the students‘ accounts, they open a YouTube channel from their teacher. This study deals with teaching English using YouTube that contains an explanation about the label from their teacher in Microsoft office 365 for innovation ELT in Students in Junior High School when they are facing Covid-19. The objectives of this study are to find out how students answer questions and how the students‘ score when they understand label in English. The assessment of implementing YouTube that contains teacher's explanation about the label in Microsoft office 365 for innovation ELT in Students of Junior High School was analyzed by label scoring rubric which consists of an analysis of students‘ answer. The results of this research can be formulated as follows: 1) Students can answer questions label well based on YouTube thatcontains the teacher's explanation in Microsoft Office responses from students. 2) Students' scoring analysis to answer label by watching a YouTube link that is created by the teacher showing that most students achieve 100 when they answered label questions that can be found in students' response.
