Popis: Organic electronics have emerged as a promising technology for large-area micro-electronic applications, such as rollable displays(1), electronic paper(2), contactless identification transponders(3,4), and smart labels(5). Most of these applications require memory functions; preferably a non-volatile memory that retains its data when the power is turned off, and that can be programmed, erased, and read-out electrically.
