Popis:	The objective of the protocol is to make the socio-economic impact analysis (SEEA) operational for provinces. The protocol describes the method for mapping out the socio-economic effects in participatory regional sessions using a SEEA scheme. This allows provinces to implement the SEEA for their regional programs in a structured and uniform manner. In the regional sessions, expected socio-economic effects are inventoried and substantiated in a participatory manner on the basis of 'SEEA schemes' and points for attention are formulated for policy.
