| Popis: | The Netherlands Pharmacovigilance Foundation maintains a spontaneous adverse event reporting system. This article describes a quantitative analysis of the database, focussed on renal adverse events. The results of the analyses are related to literature data and summaries of product characteristics. Pitfalls of the quantitative analysis are discussed. |
