In the course of the disease, the patients had a variety of opportunistic infections, including viruses, fungi and bacteria.Conclusion: This case highlights the importance of paying continued attention to opportunistic infections for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Keywords: ulcerative colitis, Cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia, cytomegalovirus infection, clostridium difficile infection, biological agents, case report
