Popis:	We report here a very unusual patient with Polycythemia vera treated with Pipobroman who developed severe aplastic anemia following administration of the drug. Six months later, because of lack of response, cyclosporine therapy was given there was rapid and complete hematological recovery, highly suggestive of an immune-mediated mechanism, in this case.
