Popis:	Among the different mechanisms of cranial traumatism, penetrating head injuries (PHIs) are related with a high mortality, they are especially seen in the military field, the rare civilian cases are related to gunshot or knife stabbing, accidental glass PHIs are rarely reported especially on thick parietal bone. We report a case of accidental penetrating head injury with a piece of sharp glass on the parietal bone.
