| Popis: | Malignant urachal lesions are exceedingly rare and occur predominantly in adult life. In this ease report, an adult patient with urachal carcinoma is presented with abdominal plain film, intravenous urography. gray-scale ultrasonography (US). Doppler US, and computed tomography (CT). Doppler US successfully showed the neovascularity with low resistive index value in the urachus tumor.
