| Popis: | The computerization of a laser Raman spectrophotometer is described which permits automated operation of the instrument for signal averaging. The use of an interactive-graphics computer terminal for the rapid reduction of digitized data is discussed and illustrated by the acquisition and analysis of the Raman spectrum from the enzyme, protocatechuate 3,4-dioxygenase. |
