Popis:	The most important rules constituting good administrative practices have been selected from the general principles of administrative procedure. They were confronted with the resulting provisions from the European Code of Good Administrative Behavior, and then compiled with the constitutional rule of equality. As a result of the analyzes carried out, a framework for the application of the principle of equality before the law was resolved in the resolution of individual cases in administrative proceedings.
