Popis: | One of the key issues taken into consideration by the Ramses2 Work Group consists of the theme of the creation of human beings, with its ethical consequences. This theme entails an analysis of the characteristics of the anthropogony of the Bible, of its reception in the ambit of the Hebrew, Christian, and Islamic cultures, and of the consequences that can be recognized in this reception on the level of anthropology-understood in the sense of the conception of humans-on the level of relationships among human beings and, ultimately, on the level of relationships between humans and God. This chapter defines two models of anthropogony-which, as we will see, morph into three-characterized by three qualities that render them particularly appropriate for internal use in the works of the Ramses2 Work Group. Keywords: anthropogony; God; Paganism |
