Popis:	A rapidly involuting congenital hemangioma (RICH) of the liver rarely causes cardiac failure due to arteriove- nous shunting or respiratory compromise due to abdominal compartment syndrome. This report presents the case of a focal RICH in a preterm neonate who required embolization through the umbilical vein, with subsequent surgical resection. Parental consent and institutional review board approval for publication were obtained.
