Popis:	Malignant change of intralaryngeal ectopic thyroid tissues to papillary thyroid cancer is extremely rare.A case that was successfully managed with a conservation surgery of the larynx and an interval total thyroidectomy is presented.High index of suspicion and optimised surgery yields the best outcome as demonstrated in the description.
