Mechanical parameters of a biotransplant made of the aminopolysaccharide chitosan were estimated in an in vitro experiment. Using the values obtained, finite element simulation of the "arterial vessel-microtube" system was carried out. As a result of our numerical experiment, the distributions of hemodynamic values were calculated taking into account the stress-strain state of the arterial wall adjacent to the transplant. The results obtained allow predicting the behavior of the material under study in the human body under various loads. |
