Popis: | Diclofenac-Na (DCF-Na, i.e. the salt of the 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]-phenyl- acetic acid) is a common nonsteroidic anti inflammatory from the group of the arylalcanoic acid derivatives and with large therapeutic applicability in the symptomatic standard treatment of the rheumatic affections. Due to the structural particularities, the cyclodextrins-thoroidal oligosacharides-relatively hydrophobes produce the inclusion complexes or adducts in which the “host” molecules (cyclodextrins, CD) includes spatially the “guest” molecule (the drug molecule). The association of DCF-Na with β — CD in some therapeutic formulas can contribute to the optimization of his physical-chemical and pharmaceutical properties. The compatibility of DCF with β — CD and the appearance of inclusion complexes represents the objective of some studies. New data on the synthesis and X- ray crystal structure of β — CD/DCF - Na undecahydrate with a unique packing arrangement were recently published[1]. The results obtained using IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction applied to β — CD/DCF — Na systems are presented here. |
