| Popis: | Two cases of disappearing or spontaneous regression of pulmonary metastases on CT are presented. In both cases, cytological proof was obtained by radiologically guided fine needle aspiration. The lesions subsequently regressed on follow-up CT studies without recognized systemic treatment. |
