Popis:	A new method of preparing lung macrosections is described which utilizes formalinfume fixation, alcohol and air dehydration, sectioning of entire lungs with a commercial meat slicing machine, and lamination of the macrosections by using a standard office copying machine. The uses and advantages of these techniques in the presentation of gross pulmonary pathologic lesions are discussed.
