Popis: | Almost a decade has passed since the release of recommendations of the Public Health Faculty/Agency Forum, a national effort designed to expand academic/practice linkages. Has anyone really cared? Has anything really changed? Indeed, the academic community in particular has responded by integrating more public health practice into teaching, research, and service. This article explores where progress has been made and where continuing efforts still are needed. In addition, potential ways to continue enhancing academic/practice linkages are discussed. |
