| Popis: | The Gunther Tulip vena cava filter is designed for removal by the internal jugular vein approach with use of a blunted hook placed at the superior aspect of the filter. Removal of this filter was performed by the femoral approach in a patient with central venous occlusion that precluded removal by the conventional approach. |
