| Popis: | We report 2 patients with femoral hernias (1 incarcerated) that were encountered during laparoscopic hernia repair for symptomatic direct inguinal hernias. The femoral hernias were readily repaired using the BARD dart that has been described previously for use during open femoral herniorrhaphy. We believe that this is the first report using the dart for laparoscopic femoral herniorrhaphy. |
