Until now, the criminal law of the "alte Bundesrepublik" (Western Germany from 1949 to 1990) has been object of historical overviews. This book takes a more intense look into the historical developments of the different fields of criminal law dogmatics at the time. It aims to reveal historical interactions between these developments and those of politics and practice of criminal law.
