Popis: The presence of arthralgias, migratory subcutaneous swelling(s) and hypereosinophilia in travelers should alert clinicians to the possibility of human infections by rare parasites, such as Hypoderma sp. This case highlights the difficulties in diagnosing a Hypoderma sp. infestation in a Dutch traveler, who was successfully treated with ivermectin.
