Popis: | This is a case report of patient who had a solitaire exostosis in atypical position, on the border of the middle and distal third of the right femur posterior part. The patient didn’t know about it until the beginning of the symptoms. Diagnostic procedure confirmed that exostosis had been the cause of the symptoms. The total ablation of exostosis was performed. The symptoms disappeared after the procedure and rehabilitation and the patient has continued with his hard physical work. |
