| Popis: | A 7-year-old boy presented with a 1-week history of right-upper quadrant pain and a background of a 3-year historyof intermittent abdominal pain and vomiting. There was nohistory of bleeding or bruising. His past history includedmigraine, for which he had been investigated with acomputed tomography brain scan, which was normal, buta full blood count had not been done.
