Popis:	Severe granulocytopenia predispose patients with Felty's syndrome to severe infectious diseases. The following report deals with an occurrence of chronic disseminated candidiasis in a patient with Felty's syndrome who presented with prolonged and severe granulocytopenia. To the best of our knowledge this coexistence has never been described before.
