Popis: | Allergic sensitivity produced by the inhalation of high concentrations of enzyme preparations from Bacillus subtilis was found in three workers with mainly bronchial disease. They gave strong immediate reactions to prick tests and immediate, followed by late, mainly asthmatic reactions to inhalation tests. Precipitins were found in the sera of the affected subjects, but even more often in controls. |
