| Popis: | A 61-year-old woman presented with an 18 month history of increasing pelvic pain, which was most severe in the right iliac fossa. She also complained of dysuria and urinary frequency. There were no symptoms of gastro-oesophageal re£ux or dysphagia. 15 years previously she had undergone surgery for severe gastro-oesophageal re£ux. On examination there was generalized abdominal tenderness which was maximal in the right iliac fossa.Therewere no other positive ¢ndings. |
