Popis:	Eugenia pachakumachiana Arum. & Murugan, a species from Megamalai Wildlife Sanctuary, southern Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu, India, and new to science is described and illustrated. The species is compared with its closely allied species Eugenia rottleriana Wight & Arn. and incorporated into a key of Indian Eugenia species.
