Popis:	Summary Four cases of Ewing's tumour of the rib are presented, 3 males and 1 female, all in the second decade. They all presented the typical clinical features of localised chest pain of several months' duration associated with tenderness and swelling. Radiological changes of lytic bony destruction, periosteal new bone formation best demonstrated by penetrated rib views, and a large soft tissue component would enable the diagnosis to be considered on these features alone, and appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic measures to be instituted.
