Popis: | Within the functional tests, the High Resolution Manometry has been a great improvement in the diagnosis of esophageal motor disorders, especially those that cause obstruction or difficulty for the normal progress of the alimentary content. We present the case of a patient with dysphagia to which a manometry is performed in the diagnostic process, where the presence of two types of Acalasia is present in the same tracing. |
