Цей маніфест закликає всіх зацікавлених сторін дослідницької екосистеми брати участь у розробці політики моніторингу, покращення та підтримки добробуту та ментального здоров’я в дослідницькому середовищі, окреслюючи більш охоплюючі показники успіху та якості, підтримуючи баланс між роботою та особистим життям, інклюзивність, і дружню до сім’ї стійку дослідницьку кар’єру.
