Religious Affairs Office (KUA) is a part of implemention element of some duties by the Ministry of Religion to the society under the authority of the District. The KUA in the District of Kraksaan is located in Mayjen Sutoyo Probolinggo street. One of the duties of its is managing marriage and divorce record. In KUA of Kraksaan, the management process takes part in the registration of a couple who want to marry, data update, and other matters. The KUA faces some problems in the process of data management and marriage data report because of the increasing number of people who register such as the data marriage report is still stored in a database that makes the data search ineffective because it takes a longer time. This research uses waterfall method for system development life cycle. Waterfall method is a method that starts with the survey until the application design. Each phase is done systematically from the analysis phase to the last phase of the system that is maintenance phase. This system will be used online, so it is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database for system design. Information system of marriage aims at building a web-based information system to facilitate the officers of KUA in registering the data of marriage and to facilitate the Office executive to obtain any information. This marriage data processing information system facilitates KUA employees in processing marriage registration data until the issue of divorce notification also makes reports of marriage and divorce data easily, and produces an effective and efficient marriage system. |
