Popis: | An attempt was made to modify the deviant behavior of three children by producing specific changes in the behavior of their mothers. It was demonstrated that a mother's social behavior may function as a powerful class of reinforcers for her child's deviant as well as normal behavior. It was also demonstrated that a mother's reactions to her child's behavior may be systematically modified, at least within the confines of an experimental setting, and these modifications may produce marked changes in her child's deviant behavior. |
