The objectives are as follows: To assess the role of melatonin for non‐respiratory sleep disorders in children with neurodevelopmental disorders for improvement in sleep initiation, sleep maintenance and sleep scheduling when compared with either placebo, other medication for sleep disorders, psychological/behavioural treatment, light therapy or no treatment. |
