Popis: | To the Editor We read with interest the report by Tatsas et al1 documenting practice patterns of cervical cancer screening and human papillomavirus (HPV) cotesting. The authors noticed a trend of increased adoption of age-appropriate cotesting in women 30 years and older, and a persistence of age-inappropriate cotesting in women younger than 30 years. We performed a comparable study at our institution, a rural practice with a low incidence of cervical cancer, and found disappointing, yet similar, results.
