Popis: | Endotoxin activity in suspensions of Bordetella pertussis, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae , and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was often markedly decreased by polymyxin B. Polymyxin B treatment may be a means to reduce inflammatory reactivity of lipopolysaccharide in vaccines of gram-negative bacteria. |
