| Popis: | The chromatographic resolution of crystalline beef pancreas ribonuclease into two components, and the separation of an artificial mixture of crystalline insulin and ribonuclease was achieved on paper strips (Whatman No. 1), using a several step elution with salt solutions of increasing concentrations. A chamber for the paper-strip chromatography procedures with salt concentration gradient has been described. |
