The code ISODEP is developed to compute the rate of production of nuclides in different homogeneous zones of a research reactor. An exponential method proposed by Hansen is the basis for the numerical solution of non-homogeneous simultaneous equations which describe the rate of production and decay of nuclides. Four principal chains associated with uranium-fueled reactor were studied. The trend of results was found to be consistent with those obtained by analytical and other numerical methods. La methode exponentielle proposee par Hansen sert de base pour obtenir des equations heterogenes simultanees qui decrivent le taux de production et de decomposition des nuclides. Quatre principales chaines associees a un reacteur alimente a l`uranium ont fait objet d`une etude. Les resultats tendent a correspondre a ceux obtenus par la methode analytique et par d`autes methodes numeriques.
