Popis: | Pierre Robin sequence (PRS) is a heterogeneous condition presenting with upper airway obstruction (UAO) of varying severity. Polysomnography (PSG) is an objective investigation to assess the severity of obstructive sleep apnea and UAO. Its role in the management of PRS has not been well defined. This review summarizes the available evidence on the role of PSG in the assessment of infants with PRS in the context of other commonly used methods of assessment. |
