A new antibody, anti-Sm, reacting with a high incidence antigen

Popis:	A serum containing anti-Rho and anti-Sm was analyzed. Characteristics of the latter antibody are described. The Sm antigen was shown to be genetically controlled and unrelated to the A-B-O, M-N-S, Lewis and Kidd systems. Over 600 random persons were found to be Sm positive.
