Popis: | Six children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis were followed-up for 6 to 24 months. They presented with seizures, neuropsychiatric symptoms and movement disorder, particularly orofacial dyskinesia and choreoathetosis. Immunosuppressive therapy resulted in varying degrees of improvement; none relapsed. Expressive aphasia was the last symptom to regress. |
